16 Nov 2020 Parade of Homes People’s Choice Award Winners

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association 2020 Parade of Homes took place the weekends of June 13 – 14, 20 – 21 and 27 – 28. Interested consumers and potential home buyers had three full weekends to tour more than 100 new homes from over 20 home builders throughout metro Atlanta.

Thousands of visitors voted on the “People’s Choice Awards” over the three Parade weekends. The Parade of Homes Reception was hosted on November 12 at Georgia Home Theater to honor the builders that received the most votes on the following six categories.

Best Overall Home – Ecraft Homes (View Home)

Best Architectural Exterior – Heatherland Homes for the Promenade at the Square Ashley plan (View Home)

Best Floor Plan – David Weekley Homes for the Grand Reserve of Litchfield Terramont Plan (View Home)

Best Kitchen – Chathambilt Homes (View Home)

Best Outdoor Living – Ecraft Homes (View Home)

Best Master Suite/Bath – Smith Douglas Homes for Escalades Buffington Plan (View Home)

The self-guided, free Parade of Homes featured new homes throughout more than 16 metro Atlanta counties, from Hall to Henry and Paulding to Jackson. Many of the homes were decorated models that included the latest and hottest design trends, while others were move-in ready homes available for immediate purchase. In addition, some of the homes were custom homes that would not typically be open to the public for touring. To view the map of homes, click here.
