Save Time and Protect Yourself with These Useful Contracts

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) offers several helpful contracts. Each of the three collection of contracts can be printed and used by members. If you are using a contract, be sure that you use all the necessary portions to complete the requirements. You can also order these contracts on disk in Microsoft Word format for your everyday use. This allows you to make changes as necessary to fit your needs. We recommend you consult your attorney when making any changes to the contracts. These contracts reflect the necessary language as required in Georgia Senate Bill 563 (Notice and Opportunity to Repair).
