Orientation Class and Information
Each builder must send at least one person from the company to attend the mandatory orientation before the Homeowner Handbook can be used as a warranty program. Orientations are held quarterly at The Housing Center. Click here to register for upcoming Handbook orientations.

You must have attended an orientation class to use the Homeowner Handbook as a warranty. If not, you can purchase the Handbook but cannot use it as your One-Year Limited Warranty.
