SMC Chairman Letter
Dear Friends,
We are moving into the year 2013 with a renewed optimism. Our industry is showing signs of positive growth and we as members of the SMC are embracing this positive energy and running with it. As we move into the year “Lucky 13” let’s continue to work together collectively as an organization. Together let’s face the new challenges as our industry grows upwardly in the year ahead.
There will be new challenges as we move forward. Let us continue to depend on the expertise of our professional counterparts within our organization. In this year of new growth let us meet and exceed the needs of our membership! The Sales and Marketing Council will offer interesting networking opportunities, events and educational programs. With active participation of our membership our enthusiasm will become contagious and our organization will grow.
Your SMC will continue to focus on the following key areas for our members:
Embracing the “NEW”: new members, new markets, new ideas, and new ways of doing things
Increasing participation and involvement
Offering important programs working within our budgets
Serving you, our industry and the greater Atlanta community
As your SMC Chairman my goal is to serve you and lead our council and members forward on the path of growth and renewal in the year 2013. I encourage open communication and embrace new ideas to better benefit our organization and membership. Let’s continue to grow our SMC as our economy grows by offering programs and events that benefit us all individually and professionally.
