Million Dollar Circle Awards

Presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council, Million Dollar Circle Awards annually recognize new home sales achievements by sales people, sales managers and brokers for closed new home sales.

The Greater Atlanta HBA Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council hosts an award ceremony each May. This is one of the most prestigious SMC events of the year.  When winner companies order their awards, it is then shipped to the HBA for presentation at the ceremony.

Eligibility Criteria
Million Dollar Circle recognition is available to all new home sales people and sales managers who meet the required new home sales volume levels. New home sales volume is based on sales price at closing and does not include lot sales to builders.

  • If two or more people sell a new home, then they will get partial credit toward their Million Dollar Circle sales volume.
  • A salesperson gets credit for listing a home, in addition to selling a new home.
  • A sales manager is given credit for the total volume of closed sales achieved by his or her staff. Selling sales managers are eligible for both salesperson, sales manager and the chairman's Sales Leadership Awards.
  • Realtors are eligible for Million Dollar Circle awards for new home sales only.
