Take advantage of the value provided through excellent access to information and economic forecasts. Every quarter, Roger Tutterow, PhD of Mercer University presents a consumer confidence survey designed to let the industry know what consumers think about the economy, and Eugene James of Metrostudy presents a market report and update. The other meetings feature roundtable discussions among builders, developers, lenders and suppliers that focus on the metro Atlanta housing market. BDL meets monthly.
The Atlanta 50+ Housing Council serves the needs of HBA members involved in or interested in all aspects of building, design, development, finance, marketing and sales of active adult housing.
