CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) is a professional trade association for home builders. It is not a governing agency, nor does it provide oversight for builder licenses, which are issued through the Georgia Secretary of State’s Professional Licensing Boards Division. As such, the GAHBA does not handle customer complaints or get involved in legal disputes between builders and consumers.

Any complaints should be filed with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office – click here for more information or to submit a complaint.
