Remodelers Council Installs New Leadership for 2019

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) is excited to announce the relaunch of the Atlanta Remodelers Council (ARC) for 2019. The ARC has been mainly inactive for the past year, but the association recognized a continued interest among GAHBA members so made the decision to bring in new leadership to reenergize the council in the new year.

“I’m honored to be serving as the 2019 Chairman of the Remodelers Council,” said Bradley Hall of Hall Construction and Real Estate Services. “With the remodeling industry rebounding there is no better time than the present for members to come together to collaborate, exchange ideas, and help each other grow our businesses and the industry.”

The council will host a kick-off social on January 23. Following that, the ARC will hold educational programs throughout the year pertinent to the remodeling industry and provide opportunities for networking via social events, including a bowling tournament planned for this summer. Though Hall has been appointed as Chairman, the ARC is still seeking additional board members to serve in 2019.

The ARC is open to all GAHBA members. Annual dues are $75 per person, which includes membership in the national remodelers council, NAHB Remodelers, through the National Association of Home Builders. Through NAHB Remodelers, members have access to webinars, economic analysis tools, and a monthly newsletter to stay informed of current remodeling news, trends, and data. Members are also eligible to apply for awards to receive national recognition, such as NAHB’s Remodeler of the Year.
