Wayne Hiott

Prior to starting his own company, owner Wayne Hiott was a vital part of the Atlanta new construction world, as a principal in KirkLake Partners and Boulevard Construction. The projects he contributed to focused on building and land acquisition inside the perimeter in Decatur, Kirkwood, Reynoldstown, East Atlanta and Adair Park. Ventures included new construction, renovation, and entitlement of property for development by others. Tyler Chandler Homes builds and develops lots for national builders as well as for internal development. Wayne Hiott has served as the GAHBA 55+ Council Chair for 2022 & 2023. In 2024, Wayne served as Secretary/Treasurer of the GAHBA. In 2025, he is set to serve as Vice President of the GAHBA. His next develop/build project, Terraces at Paravel, is scheduled to commence at the end of 2024.
