Navigating Construction & Remodeling Lending - 3 bldr credits

This course will focus on financing options for custom home builders and remodelers. The goal is to enhance our builders’ financing knowledge to assist them in growing in volume and revenue. The class will explore utilizing construction perm, spec building, and hard money financing. There will be a deep dive into CP financing and the benefits these programs provide.  We will engage in open dialogue to address these options and discuss what combinations fit our builders’ needs to help reach their goals.
