CPR / 1ST AID / AED & BLOOD BORNE PATHOGEN SAFETY COURSE
This course meets OSHA requirements to qualify supervisors, foremen and other employees in CPR/1st Aid. The treatment recommendations and guidelines for this course conform to the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) 2015 Consensus on Science with treatment recommendations and the 2015 American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care.
The course will cover:
- Introduction to OSHA standards
- Review 29 CFR Part 1926.33
- Emergency care qualification by student demonstration and hands-on skill practice
- Use of manikins and other visual aids to develop knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to respond to medical emergencies
- All attendees will receive a 2-year certification with laminated card, upon course completion

This session qualifies under the Rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for six (6) continuing education credit hours.
CREDIT NOTE: Any session approved for Georgia State Licensing credit or Georgia Real Estate credit requires the participant to attend the FULL session in order to receive credit. The participant is required to sign in and sign out. Failure to sign in and sign out will result in zero (0) credit hours.
