This class will put the "fun" in the fundamentals of setting and managing business priorities, and how to effectively manage the four major resource categories - human resources, physical resources, money/funding, and time.  The  mood in the class will be casual and inviting, and the conversation will be interactive with the attendees participating at their individual comfort level.  Please come with an open mind and a good attitude and you will leave the class with some solid tips and strategies that you can implement immediately in your organization.
