This interactive course explores how quality, perception, and value intersect to drive business profitability. Participants will learn to define and measure quality from both the company's and customers’ perspectives, design and implement quality customer and company processes, and benchmark their practices against competitors. Topics include understanding customer expectations, creating clear communication systems, building strong company reputations, managing the costs of poor quality, and continuously improving through feedback and education. Through discussions, activities, and practical exercises, attendees will leave with actionable strategies to enhance quality, strengthen brand value, and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Bobby Mink has been in business management for over 16 years. From Project Manager and General Manager to Vice President of Operations and Development as well as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Operations Officer, Bobby has had the opportunity to manage all types and levels of staffing as well as managing sales and marketing. Bobby has had the opportunity to manage and grow several start up opportunities as well as use strategic planning and tactics to achieve the desired outcome and turn around opportunities for struggling companies. Through his corporate coaching, Bobby has helped solidify corporate structure, communication, accountability, clarity and teamwork. As the owner and Head of Coaching for Choice Consulting, Bobby has had the opportunity to coach business owners on how to grow their companies, set up and streamlined processes, create productive meeting structure and communication, increased profitability and customer service by putting in place good, fundamental proven business principles that help owners and companies to reach their goals.
