Professional Bio
Adam Pollock has been building in Atlanta for over two decades—and building it right from the start.
After earning a degree in real estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Adam began his career in 2002 renovating and expanding homes for investment and resale. Early on, he recognized what the market was missing: a contractor who communicated clearly, showed up consistently, and delivered work that lasted.
What began as a small, referral-based operation has grown into Castlehaven Construction—a luxury design-build firm based in Atlanta, serving clients throughout the greater Atlanta area.
Adam has led hundreds of projects across Dunwoody, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, and beyond. His approach is straightforward: honest conversations about scope and budget, disciplined project management, and a level of detail that holds up long after the project is complete.
A Dunwoody native, Adam lives in Buckhead with his wife Elizabeth and their son Sean, remaining closely connected to the community he’s spent his career serving.
