Organization Overview
Custom Home Carpentry LLC is a licensed general contracting and building company serving the Atlanta metropolitan area. We build and remodel residential and light commercial spaces, handling projects from the first set of plans through final walkthrough.
Our work covers custom new home construction, whole-home renovations, additions, and specialty projects. That includes screened porches and custom decks, interior and exterior carpentry, custom stair work, bathroom and kitchen remodels, site work such as grading and septic installation, and adaptive reuse projects converting existing structures to new purposes.
As a licensed builder, we manage permitting, inspections, and code compliance ourselves rather than leaving those details to the client. We coordinate our own trades, keep projects on a defined schedule, and produce the documentation lenders and homeowners need along the way — detailed estimates, change orders, draw requests, and progress reporting for construction loans.
What sets the company apart is a carpentry background at the center of the operation. Framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work are done to a standard set by people who do that work themselves, not subcontracted out and hoped for.
