Jeffrey Dinkle founded Eco Custom Homes on a simple conviction: that a luxury home should perform as beautifully as it looks. As Principal and owner of Eco Custom Homes and ICON Development Corporation, Jeff has spent over 20 years building some of Atlanta’s most distinctive high-performance residences — homes where uncompromising design and rigorous building science are never treated as separate pursuits.
A graduate of Emory University with degrees in Economics and Sociology, Jeff brings a rare combination of analytical precision and design sensibility to every project. His EarthCraft training and deep expertise in energy-efficient, low-toxin construction have made him one of Atlanta’s most respected voices in high-performance luxury building — work that has been featured across regional design and building press.
