Over 20 years, I started my company, Directional Sign Leasing, and have been working with most of the builders in Georgia getting "off-site directional" sign locations. I've been successful because of the "product" and service I provide, but it's really because I've built and maintained relationships with all of the marketing people I work with. It's all about relationships! And now, my college roommate and I have started a portable potty business - CRAPTACULAR - and plan to take that same commitment to my customers into our new venture. Building houses is hard! Having nice crappers and great service shouldn't be!
