McLain & Merritt has served the greater Atlanta real estate market since 1957, bringing decades of legal experience. We are also an approved agent for leading national title insurance companies, including Chicago Title, Fidelity National Title, First American Title, and Old Republic Title. In addition, our litigation team represents national title companies and their insureds in claims affecting title to real estate.
