Professional Bio

With more than two decades in real estate, I’ve built my career around residential and new construction sales, builder partnerships, land acquisition insight, and strategic growth. I began in the industry in 1998 and have worked across sales, property management, land opportunities, and division-level leadership.
My focus has been aligning builders with strong sales strategy—from land positioning and community planning to marketing, agent placement, and inventory absorption. I’ve helped identify land opportunities, evaluate development potential, and bring communities to market with the right positioning and sales approach.
In addition to sales and development, I’ve been directly involved in building new homes as well as renovating and flipping properties, giving me hands-on insight into construction, budgeting, timelines, and finish selections. This allows me to speak the builder’s language and understand the lifecycle of new construction—from land acquisition and development through permitting, construction, and certificate of occupancy.
Most recently, I led the New Homes Division for Keller Williams Realty, working across multiple offices to strengthen builder relationships and support community launches from early planning through sell-out. I trained more than 100 agents, with 85 becoming Certified New Home Sales Specialists. One of the most rewarding aspects of this role was mentoring agents, helping them build confidence and specialization as they grew into successful professionals.
I also serve on the Board of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Professional Women in Building Council, collaborating with industry leaders and staying connected to builder trends and opportunities across the region.
Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for professionalism, loyalty, and results. Builders value that I understand both the operational and sales sides of their business, and agents value that I lead through collaboration, mentorship, and example.
