A enterprising and intuitive Upper level Manager delivering business solutions that increase productivity and profitability. After serving the the United States Airforce as a C-130 Aeromedical crew member during Operation Desert Storm and Operation Restore Hope in Somalia, Scott joined Fleetwood Retail Corporation in the manufactured housing industry as a District Manager of a tri-state area. Increasing sales volume by implementing marketing strategy soloutions to assist comsumer in alternative forms of financing. After leaving Fleetwood he joined Americas Home Place inc. to hold the postion of District Vice President of Operations within a assigned region for a multi state residential builder. By implementing a customer satisfaction program, sales volume increased with improved product delivery. Scott started his own company in the custom residential market with success in the North Georgia area and during this period multitasked as project manager, overseeing multiple commercial construction projects with a established commercial builder in the Atlanta market. Scott held the position of Vice President of Operations at Kerley Homes and Formula Construction Group, a regional commercial/ multi family builder as Project Manager. Currently Scott, is founder and owner of Essential Construction Management LLC, a firm that offers residential and commercial building services as well as pre construction services and management; within the Atlanta market. Scott is previously served on the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association as a board member. Previously served as President of the Cobb / Cherokee Chapter of the AHBA.
