Tom Choi is a real estate investment and development advisor with HANUSA Real Estate Partners, focused on the Atlanta metropolitan market. His background spans real estate law, secured lending, loan workouts, investment analysis, and business development.
Tom helps investors and property owners evaluate opportunities through market research, feasibility analysis, site selection, and capital planning. Fluent in English and Korean, he also works to connect Korean and international investors with local real estate opportunities and execution partners.
He holds an MBA and a Master of Real Estate Development from Georgia Tech, along with a JD from Brooklyn Law School. Through GAHBA, Tom looks forward to building relationships with builders, developers, and industry professionals to advance financially sound projects that meet the region’s housing needs.
