My real estate story didn't start behind a desk. It started in a lumber yard at 16, learning building materials and what actually goes into constructing a home. By 19, I had my real estate license, and 30 years later, I've sold more than a thousand homes.
That construction background changed everything about how I practice real estate. I don't just list homes — I understand them. I can walk a property and see the quality (or the shortcuts) others miss, spot potential in a renovation project, and speak the language of framers, architects, and custom builders. My expertise spans custom home construction, luxury real estate, investment properties, renovation, and architectural design.
